Terms of Service
Last updated 6 September 2026
These terms govern the use of thejackall3design.com and the tools published on it, including the internal publishing tool used to prepare and upload product videos to social media accounts.
1. Who we are
TheJackall3Design is a small independent workshop in Switzerland that designs and sells 3D printed tabletop gaming accessories. Contact: thejackall3design@gmail.com.
2. Scope of the service
This site presents our products and links to our Etsy shop, where all sales take place under Etsy’s own terms. The publishing tool hosted here is operated for our own business use: it lets the shop owner connect a social media account, view the content already published on that account, and send product videos to it as drafts. It is not offered as a public service and does not create accounts for third parties.
3. Account connections
- Connecting a social account requires the account owner to complete that platform’s own authorization flow and grant the permissions shown on the consent screen.
- Authorization can be withdrawn at any time from the platform’s own settings, or by disconnecting the account in the tool. Withdrawal takes effect immediately.
- We request only the permissions needed for the features described above.
4. Content and publishing
Content sent through the tool arrives on the connected account as a draft. The account owner reviews it inside the platform’s own app and decides whether to publish it and which visibility to apply. We do not publish content on behalf of anyone else, and nothing is posted without the account owner acting.
5. Acceptable use
The tool may not be used to upload content that infringes the rights of others, that breaks the rules of the connected platform, or that is unlawful. Content promoting our own products is disclosed as commercial content wherever the platform requires it.
6. Products and intellectual property
Our designs are original models. Character and card names are used descriptively, to say which deck a box was designed for, and imply no affiliation with or endorsement by any rights holder.
7. Availability and liability
The site and the tool are provided as they are, without warranty of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means the updated terms apply.
9. Governing law
Swiss law applies, without regard to conflict of law rules.
