Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 September 2026

This policy explains what data thejackall3design.com collects, why, and how it is handled. It covers the site itself and the internal publishing tool used to prepare and upload product videos to social media accounts.

1. Who is responsible

TheJackall3Design, Switzerland. Contact: thejackall3design@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

Website measurements. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for page-load and visit measurements. A small first-party counter also records page views, arrivals, product previews, shop-button clicks and requests to our campaign links. These counters contain the day, approved source/campaign labels, page category, destination and product identifier. We do not store visitor identifiers, IP addresses, raw referrer URLs or arbitrary query parameters in those counters, and do not use cookies or browser storage for this measurement. Campaign labels may remain in internal links while you browse.

The deck-box customiser also counts tool opens, design selections, colour combinations tried and clicks through to Etsy. These daily counters contain the selected design, Dragon clan where applicable, base and detail colour groups, Mono/Multi choice, and listing identifier and format. Rapid colour changes are grouped into the final selection. An Etsy click does not confirm a purchase or transfer the combination into an order.

Our measurements exclude requests identified as coming from EU countries, known bots, and requests indicating Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. These filters are not perfect; counts describe recorded activity, not unique people. Cloudflare also processes technical request information to deliver and secure this website.

• Social account profile data. When a social account is connected we receive the basic profile information that platform exposes, such as display name, username, avatar and account identifier. It is used to show which account is connected.
• List of published content. We read the list of videos already published on the connected account, so the tool can show what has been covered.
• Access tokens. The authorization and refresh tokens issued by the platform are stored so the connection stays active until it is revoked.
• Uploaded media. Videos, and the titles and descriptions entered before an upload.

Browsing these pages requires no account and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We do not collect data about other users of the platform, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not use any of this data to train models.

3. Why we use it

Website measurements help us understand which content brings interest to the shop. Connected-account information is used to operate the features described in the Terms of Service: identifying the connected account, listing its existing content, and delivering our product videos to it as drafts. We do not use these measurements to identify individual buyers.

4. Who else processes it

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes its analytics and aggregate counters.

Tokens and API calls are handled by our integration provider, Composio, acting as a processor on our behalf, and by the social platform itself under its own privacy policy. Purchases happen on Etsy, which is a separate controller for anything you enter there. We do not sell, rent or otherwise share this data, and we disclose it only where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Daily first-party counters older than 180 days are removed as new activity is recorded. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides its own rolling analytics history. Private reports may retain aggregate totals for comparing campaigns. These reports contain no visitor identifiers.

Profile data and tokens are kept for as long as the account stays connected and are deleted when the connection is revoked. Uploaded media is deleted once it has been delivered to the platform. Anything else is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.

6. Your rights, and how to revoke access

Access can be withdrawn at any time from the connected platform’s own settings, in the list of authorized apps, which immediately invalidates our tokens. You can also ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to thejackall3design@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days.

7. Security

Tokens are stored encrypted at rest and transmitted over TLS. Access is limited to the owner of the shop.

8. Children

The tool is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone below the minimum age required by the connected platform.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date above reflects the current version.
